We create a cornucopia of craft mead varieties that are light & refreshing with a lower level of alcohol. Our meads are fun to drink, not just fun to taste with lots of flavor! Come by and experience craft mead in our tasting room in a relaxed casual environment. We have over twenty meads on tap for your sampling pleasure and we love visitors!

About

Mead or honey wine is the oldest fermented beverage known to humanity. A story wrapped in mystery and legend that was almost forgotten. Today, with the advent of cheaper and mass-produced alternatives, this fermented beverage is only produced by a dedicated few that understand the incredible flavor profiles achievable through the combination of honey, fruit, and spices.

We are a tiny team of artists combining old world craftsmanship with modern technology. We produce a far superior mead than those to touch the lips of history’s greatest nobles and royalty. With every glass, you will want to explore and savor the depth and complexity of its flavors.

We invite you to visit our state-of-the-art Colorado Meadery in Castle Rock, located on the front range of the Rocky Mountains.

Directions from I-25

Take Exit 181 onto Plum Creek Parkway in Castle Rock and head East.
Turn Right at the first 4-way intersection onto Wilcox St.
Proceed South for 1.2 miles and turn left onto S.Perry St.
Take your next left and an immediate right to the Personal Warehouse development (2276 Manatt Ct.)

The meadery is in unit B9 on the back row closest to Plum Creek.
